These are 16"on average cuttings from a 20 year old mother plant. Shipped priority mail. Care instructions included. This is the plant that makes me think I can grow anything. Fragrance is sweet and spicy. Flowers are about 3-4" across. Plumeria's can't take a frost but I have grown them in pots and their dormant period is about 3 months so is our winter in Houston. We bury them in the ground, pot and all, and dig them up in November and store them for the winter.
